I’m a strong believer in employee advocacy at every business – from the mom and pop corner stores to global giants like Zappos (who already crush it with their employee advocacy program.) I also believe there has to be a strategic approach to the implementation of a program, including having the right tools at your disposal. I’ve found that that a tool called Bambu, by Sprout Social, has been extremely beneficial to our company’s employee advocacy program and has had a profound effect on employee engagement and exposure to our company and its’ services.
